What is the weather like in Memphis in September?
Memphis has its many charms, and the weather can be quite unpredictable. September in Tennessee can still be quite warm, but it cools down into a pleasant, mild autumn feel by the end. Daytime high temperatures start around 85°F to 87°F in early September and drop to the upper 70s by late September.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask for RSVP’s to be in no later than Aug 15, 2026. However, since this is a destination wedding for many of you, we would greatly appreciate RSVP’s as early as possible.
Are children welcome?
Though we love the little ones, we must request that children do not attend unless otherwise stated on your invitation.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are keeping it tight and personal, so unless the invite is addressed to you and your partner we will not be offering plus ones.
Is there a registry?
It truly means the world to us to have you with us on this day, so as much as we’d appreciate it, we kindly remind you that gifts are not expected. Making memories in this beautiful, soulful place together is more than we could ask for.
However, if you still feel the urge to gift us, there will be a “wishing well” for our future fund.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We have already made sure to include vegetarian dishes and dishes that are without nuts. However please let us know when you RSVP through the website. There is a section on the form.
Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The entire wedding and reception will be held outside so feel free to bring a jacket but don’t plan on it being overly cold. September can still be a transitional month.
What is the parking situation at the venue?
We will be offering shuttles to and from the hotel blocks but otherwise there is a parking lot directly behind the venue across the street. There will be signage to help guide everyone.
